Who these terms are for

These terms apply to businesses ("you") that use SportsPlay to run a free-to-play sports picks game for their customers, and to people who play those games.

Your account

You're responsible for your account, your staff's access, and the information you enter. Keep your password private.

Your game and your prizes

You choose and provide any prizes and publish the rules for your game. You're responsible for making sure your game and prizes follow the laws that apply to your location, including rules for promotions and age limits.

Free to play

SportsPlay games must be free to enter. No purchase or payment may be required to play or to win.

Your customers' information

Players who join your game are your customers. We store their information on your behalf, use it only to run the service, and never sell it. See the privacy policy.

Payment and cancellation

Plans are billed monthly per location after the free trial. You can cancel anytime; the service stays active until the end of the paid period.

Scores and odds

Scores and spreads come from third-party data providers. We work to keep them accurate but can't guarantee they're error-free; you can correct a score from your account.

Changes

We may update these terms and will tell you before changes take effect.
